This bachelor thesis deals with the German-Arabic literature, especially with its part - German- Syrian literature, which is in detail described on the work of Rafik Schami, the Syrian Author, who writes in German. The theoretically part devote to the phenomenon of migration literature, political situation in Syria and in Germany and the biography of Rafik Schami. The practical part analyses his three works.
